If you are 14 years or older, you can register with our online survey panel. Once you registered with us, you will get invitations to take surveys which fit your profile most. You can fill them out anytime you like 24/7. For completed questionnaire you will get the chance to win one of our prizes rewarded for the survey.

Registered users are eligible to prize drawings and giveaways from our survey sponsors as well as rewards offered by Profi Online Research™. In order to register with us, please read carefully the User Agreement below and fill out the registration form.

User Agreement

The website located at www.profiresearch.net is owned by Profi Online Research, Ltd. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before agreeing to them! By using our website you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this User Agreement.

1.    The Subject of the User Agreement
Profi Online Research™, a marketing research and sociological poll system, offers to you its services on the terms as described in this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement).  We reserve the right to change the Agreement without previous notice. The new version of the Agreement comes into effect upon the expiry of 2 (two) days since it has been laid open on our website, unless the new version of the Agreement provides otherwise.

2. Your obligations
You acknowledge and agree that any and all information, data, texts, software programs, music, sounds, photography, graphics, video and other content, which are made open to general use, are the responsibility of the author of such content. You understand that by using any of the Profi Online Research™ services you may encounter content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable. You acknowledge and agree that our company is not obligated to edit any contents types owned by survey sponsors before this content is made available to the Profi Online Research™ users. You expressly agree that the entire risk as to the use of the Profi Online Research™ system, including but not limited to its reliability, completeness or benefits, lies solely with you.
By using the Profi Online Research™ survey system, you agree to be bound by the following obligations:
1. 	Provide true and accurate information about yourself during the registration process.
2. 	Timely update your account profile, if there have been some changes in your life, e.g., you moved to another city.
3. 	Do not disparage, insult or oppress other panelists.
4. 	Do not post any content which excites religious, national, sexual, genital or other discrimination.
5. 	Do not take actions which are contrary to the legal, moral or ethical standards of the user’s country.
6. 	Do not post any content which has been obtained in contravention of the existing laws of the user’s country.
7. 	Do not create more than one personal account for the same user.
8. 	Do not use your access to Profi Online Research™ for uploading, transfer, handover of any unsolicited advertising information (network marketing, spam, “letters of happiness”, “pyramids”, etc.).
9. 	Do not disseminate patently false information about people or companies.
10. 	Do not post irrelevant information in the fields which are not meant for this specific type of information.
11. 	If you decide to take a survey, you must fill it out personally.
12. 	Do not copy or disclose information acquired through the use of the Profi Online Research™ system.
13. 	You must provide honest and sincere answers to the questions in a survey. If you cannot do so for some reasons, do not take this specific survey.
14. 	Do not use creative ideas to derive commercial advantage.
15. 	Do not use your access to the Profi Online Research™ system for industrial or intellectual espionage.
If the user fails to comply with any term(s) above, the Agreement may be terminated unilaterally and the user’s account may be deleted without prior warning.

3. Use of Profi Online Research™ system
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, re-sell, or commercially use any parts of the Profi Online Research™ service. Use of our services or access to them is not permitted unless expressly agreed by our company in writing. You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer or make any attempt to discover the source code of any of the software products which you download from the Profi Online Research™ websites in order to install it on your computer, telephone, palmtop or other device.
Profi Online Research™ reserves the right to include advertising content into our emails and post advertising banners on the main pages of the website and in your personal account section.
Profi Online Research™ reserves the right to discontinue our service, or any part thereof, without previous notice at any time at our discretion.
Profi Online Research™ reserves the right to use survey results, including their transfer to any third companies with or without compensation.

4.  External Links
Profi Online Research services may contain links to other websites. You expressly acknowledge and agree that our company is not liable for the availability of these resources, their content or any consequences which may arise out of use of the content of these resources.

5. Property Rights of Profi Online Research™
You acknowledge and agree that the Profi Online Research™ services and all the required software programs that accompany them include confidential information protected by intellectual property rights and other international laws, and that the content provided to you during your use of the Profi Online Research™ search system is protected by copyright, trademarks and other relevant laws. Our company grants to you a personal non-exclusive untransferable right to use the software provided with our services under the condition that neither you, nor other persons assisted by you, copy or alter the software, create derivative works from the software, disassemble or decompile the software to derive its source code, sell, lease, transfer any rights granted to you hereby and other rights related to the software to any other third person, modify the services for any purposes including the gaining of unauthorized access to them.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
You acknowledge and agree that:
1.  You use the Profi Online Research™ at your own risk. Profi Online Research™ does not assume any liability and does not warrant that our services may fit your particular purposes.
2. Our company does not guarantee that our services may meet your requirements and expectations; or that they will be provided in the continuous, fast, reliable or error-free manner; or that all or any errors in our software programs will be corrected.
3. In no event will our company be liable to you for any damage, which may be caused to your computer and your data by downloading this material.
4. In no event will our company be liable to you for any losses, either direct or indirect, arising out of the use or inability to use the Profi Online Research™ services.
5. Any data and technical information used by Profi Online Research™ to provide its services and technical support shall not be used for commercial distribution and shall not be disclosed.

7. General Information
1. This Agreement is a legally biding contract between you and our company and regulates the terms under which you may use the Profi Online Research™ services.
2.  If any part of this Agreement is judicially found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
3. In case any term(s) of the Agreement are infringed either by you or by other users, the inaction of Profi Online Research™ shall neither deprive our company of the right to take adequate actions to defend our interests on a later date, nor shall it be construed as our company’s waiver of such rights or interests if they are later infringed in the same or similar manner.
4. In order to identify the user, our website looks up the user’s IP address and uses cookies.
